My internet is not working!

This guide will help you troubleshoot. Please do these step by step before you contact our support.

- Have a look at our list of not recommended routers and make sure you are not using one of those: https://zammad.studentnatet.se/help/en-us/3-getting-started/13-what-routers-do-you-not-recommend

- Reset your router. Unfortunately, we can not give instructions on how to factory reset your specific router, but a quick google search of "your routers make and model + manual" should give you the information you might need.
